   Josh and Paul just finished a great job on fixing my sliding door that had come off the tracks. They always come when I call and will return when they locate a 40 yr. old part for the door. It works fine now but they want to be sure it continues to work. They didn’t want payment but when I insisted, they said they would apply it to their next visit doing plumbing. They are always willing to search for parts that save me money and do what it takes to be sure their customers are happy. If a customer isn’t happy, he/she must not be communicating with them while they’re there.

    Josh and crew just finished several projects at my house. They installed sump pumps and graded underneath the house to be sure they would make contact with water if flooding occurred. They sealed the roof and fixed problems left by the original roofers. In one day they installed river rock around the flower beds in an artistic arrangement to replace railroad ties and for a very reasonable rate. Josh also rebricked the front step that was coming apart. What a difference was made to the exterior of the house!
